The JM REAL ESTATE GROUP was founded in 2007 by Jana Mrowetz and is part of the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills office.

Jana Mrowetz was born in the Czech Republic and lived in Africa, Great Britain, Berlin and NYC  before becoming an Angelino in 1997.

She graduated from the prestigious University Of The Arts Berlin and holds a masters degree in Architecture and Engineering.

After moving to Los Angeles, Jana spent many years in the Entertainment Industry as a sought-after production designer for TV commercials & music-videos working for Burger King, Coca-Cola, Ford, GMC, Kellogg's, Celine Dion, John Mellencamp, Jon Bon Jovi… to name a few.

During those years Jana had the unique opportunity to collaborate with leading advertising agencies & marketing experts and pick up the secrets of the trade, along with learning to handle the unique needs of celebrity clients.

Her passion for real estate was born as an investor by purchasing fixer properties and renovating them for resale, combining her experience in architecture and advertising.

In 2007 Jana joined Keller Williams Realty* to become a full-time real estate agent. Her varied background brought a unique perspective to real estate and she was quickly noticed among peers, gaining her the "Rookie Of The Year" award, followed by "Top Producer Hollywood Hills" award in 2008, 2009 + 2010. In the first quarter of 2010 Jana was ranked #1 in number of closed sales for the year.

Jana Mrowetz is an active and well respected member of the real estate community, a member of the National Association of Realtors, the greater Beverly Hills Association of Realtors, board member of the ALC (agent leadership council), and teaches real estate classes at the Keller Williams Hollywood Hills office.

Jana is fluent in German, French and Czech.
